As a Leaf Trust academy school our term dates are set by South Gloucestershire Council. The school also has five to eight INSET days per year for staff training – these dates are set by the school and will be published before the start of each academic year.

Academy Trusts have additional freedoms, including up to three additional staff training days. Trustees have approved one additional day for collaborative training.
